Syncro SVN Client

Syncro SVN Client is a cross platform Subversion client written in Java. It uses svnkit which is a rewrite of the Subversion libraries as pure Java.

Syncro SVN Client is a commercial application which sells for $99 (on offer at $59 at the time of writing this) which seems a little expensive to me.

At first sight it looks promising, but there are a few things to learn to get the best out of it. Although it has the standard update and commit operations it also has synchronize which builds a list of changes available from the server. The 'Synchronize result' panel then allows browsing of changes available for commit and for update, there are also button for doing a commit and/or an update.

For me it fell at the first hurdle - its handling of conflicts is poor. I merged some binary files and could not find a user theirs option to resolve the conflict using the file retrieved from the repository. The differencing display is quite good but again is seriously lacking when merging conflicts.
